Shipping and Delivery

Once you’ve checked-out, you’ll get a confirmation email to your inbox. We’ll pack your order and send it on it’s way as soon as possible, and that’s why changing your order or cancelling it isn’t possible. Once your items are on the road, you’ll get another mail, with tracking deets. Our local orders are delivered using Dawn Wing. International orders are shipped with DHL Express. We only ship on working days and public holidays can slow things down. HeySous is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit.
