Returns and Exchanges
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. That’s why we will give you 14 business days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item. Exchanges must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed and returned in packaging. If the item is not in this condition, it will be returned to you. Return shipping will be arranged by us, but is to be paid by the customer, or alternatively you can drop off the item at our studio in Woodstock, Cape Town. Exchanges to different sizes or colours are subject to stock, and we do not offer refunds. Unfortunately no returns or exchanges on sale items.
